I'm leaving a review because the office requested I leave a review of my experience, which I found odd. My experience with Dr. Dickens has always been fantastic, she is very kind and listens to any concerns. My general experience of the office, multiple billing errors, getting someone on the phone or making an appointment has often caused me to look into moving to another dentist office, but ultimately Dr. Dickens' care is so excellent I have not switched practices yet.

I am impressed with your office. Front staff is attentive. I loved Chelsea. She is the best. Good coach and source of info. Since my deep cleaning -- my first one-- last time I got a water pick and I am diligent in my teeth care. My gums were not bleeding at all, and the root levels had improved. Yippee! I value my teeth. It is refreshing to have such good care. Compliments to the staff.

University Family Dentistry is great! Dr Freijo-Barrios and staff were very caring and thorough. My first two visits to their office went very smoothly. Office is clean, spacious and in a very convenient area🌞

I cannot say enough about this practice, from the ladies in the front to the dentists. I would love to emphasize on Alina, only because she is the one I have had the most interaction with due to my cleanings. She is the most gentle, understanding and patient hygenist I have had in all my years of going to the dentist. I used to be not scared, not just a little afraid, I was petrified of them. The hygenist worse! Alina has totally changed that for me. She has validated my fear from day one, she is professional, precise and most importantly knows what she is doing. Her level of compassion and empathy for her patients does not go unnoticed. I let her know all the time, now, I hope she sees it. I hope she is proud of herself and the wonderful professional she is.
